Arrived and the original room they assigned us wasn’t cleaned. Got a different room but still off putting.
The breakfast was also nonexistent on Monday morning. Had a nice spread for the weekend, pancakes, sausage, eggs, etc. but come Monday morning all they had set out was toast, dry cereal, and packs of oatmeal. The juice machine was also broke.

First room was filthy and had dogs barking in room next to us. Put us in another room which was cleaner, however none of the light switches worked but the bathroom. Staff was nice! They are trying to remodel but everything had a old/mildrew smell. Breakfast was not very good either.

Some renovations looked promising, neat mirror with defogger and light. Shower head good pressure. Quiet.

Exposed plumbing, shower leaked all over floor, no bath mat in or outside shower, mini fridge frozen everything no adjustment knob, universal plugs can't operate couldn't plug in anything, renovations make hotel look disaster with plastic drape doors, one elevator smelled of burning rubber, continental breakfast was subpar

Max at front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. Location was perfect for us. Room was clean. Plenty of room to sit in the breakfast area.
Negatives:
Facilities were shabby. They appeared to be in the process of renovation and maybe updates. Several lobby areas seemed questionable about their purpose. Parking lot, pool, and land surrounding looked neglected. No hangers in the room but there was a furniture piece to hang clothes on but with no hooks. The only room sink was outside of the toilet/shower room... awkward.. No exhaust fan in the toilet/shower area. Breakfast was minimal at best. Very disappointed with this Wyndham property.
