Until check out. Hotel claimed y’all didn’t book too and charged me directly for stay. So paid twice. Didn’t make sense to me and I tried explaining it to them but they refused the booking through y’all. Stressed me out and spent most of the morning trying to handle it. My card provider reversed the hotels charge tho so I felt better after that

Hotel sits in an odd location. Abandoned shopping mall just before you arrive to the hotel and major construction site just after the hotel entrance. This didn’t have a negative effect on my stay, just an odd location for the hotel.

The location was great. It was away from the main road and around shopping centers. The bathroom was a good size and the room was clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast was limited. Would have liked to have a better option of protein, due to not eating pork. However, good enough to hold you over.

The staff was very rude, i booked a room under the impression that i can go ahead and go there to sleep but the check in only began at 3PM. I tried to cancel but they were not helpful and told me i would have to cancel through booking.com and it wasn’t possible through them, so after reaching out to booking.com they tell me the hotel can only do that.
