Location. Staff, breakfast and all day coffee was very nice.
Negatives:
I asked for a first floor room and we were on second floor. My husband has Parkinsons and doesnt do much walking. Room had only a desk chair and no comfortable chairs. What good is a microwave with no table and chairs. Had to eat food in bed.

Breakfast was good, nice selection, hours of service were good. Liked the shower update- glad it wasn't one of those tubs that is so flimsy that it flexes when walked on.
Negatives:
Overflow drain in sink had black mold inside. Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Should consider grab bars in shower.
