Positives: Location. Close to where we needed to be. Customer service friendly. Esp the breakfast bar 10/10 for the wonderful lady making delicious breakfast along with happy greetings to guests. Housekeepers friendly! Security monitoring lot, felt safe
Negatives: Toilet hard to flush, itchy from bedding. Hallways has an odor possibly carpet. Elevator has dirty mop odor. Swimming pool yet, no jacuzzi.

Positives: I chose Holiday Inn Express based upon a visit I had with another location. I was very happy with the condition of the room, cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable. The furnishings could easily accommodate more than one, however, I was traveling alone - so it was perfect. I heard no noise from any rooms in be area. Kudos!
