Positives:
Check in was easy, nice to have snacks and breakfast in the morning. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The location was walkable to many restaurants and shops!
Negatives:
The towels were quite thin and rough and could have used an update. I let the front desk staff know that the security lock on my door was loose and therefore did not function to stop the door opening.

The room was smelly. Especially the bed and pillow, it smelled like feet. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on, I could feel the springs and suffered all night

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The king suite was huge. It had a living room area , as well as the bed and bath. Even though we were by the elevator we never heard a thing. They had a nice hot breakfast. This was close to the ferry terminal, too.
