Positives:
Hotel was very well kept and extremely clean. Very modern design and the rooms were spacious. I really enjoyed the valet parking method. They text you a URL so you can request your car in advance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The two guys at the Front Desk were on top of things when we arrived! they offered us water and asked if we wanted to check in our bags while we waited for check in.
Negatives:
We had an issue with the Check-in time, it was delayed by about an hour, but we brought our concerns up to the Front Desk Manager and he was very accommodating and helpful :) We really appreciated his attention to the issue and the resolution.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Kiosk in the lobby helps when you need something to drink/eat. Free coffee at the lobby. many cafe/restaurants nearby.

Noisy fridge on the first day. It was fixed upon calling the front desk.

The parking is not free, there is $49 charged per night. This was not explained at the time of booking. Also, I booked for king size bed / bedroom, but the bed looks and feel like just a queen bed. I double checked with the front desk employee and she said it is their "King Size Bedroom". This was disappointing and misleading.
