This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. Both of us have back issues, so we were very happy with how comfy the bed was. The room was quiet. We didn't have any issues with road noise or neighbor noise. The pool was decently warm, and the hot tub was perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast that was included. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

The breakfast area was very crowded and people had to wait in line for up to 30 minutes to get their food. The room was high priced. Also, one of our digital keys was unreliable.

Bed was terrible. We booked a King and were given a queen which was very low to the ground--no box springs. The mattress was saggy and had a ditch down the middle which we kept sliding into. Called the desk to complain and see about moving to a King room. They insisted that we had a King bed. We did not--we measured the bed. Do not appreciate the lie.
