Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

breakfast (which I did not eat) could have been a bit heathier, say some fresh fruit. Only one person on staff at around 5:00pm, so we and several others had to wait about 15 minutes for service.

Staff was extremely rude. Treated us with disrespect and talked passive aggressively to us. We sat to wait to check on for our room and overheard multiple phone calls “the manager” took from guests, talking down to them and insulting them after hanging up the phone. Very inappropriate behavior and extremely unprofessional. We wanted to leave our bags at the front to go to a pre-planned event but didn’t feel comfortable doing so with staff there. Will NEVER book here again. Trashy

Could not add my partner to check in -He arrived 55 minutes before I did. I spoke 3 times to front desk. No help. I added his name to my reservation for two people but she would not allow me to check him in even after he arrived! I also said I would pay for the stay over the phone, but she would not take it.

That I could cancel same day, which is why we ultimately chose a night here as plans were up in the air and we weren’t sure things would happen.
Negatives:
When we arrived, we were told that water would be shut off at 8:30 in the morning. That’s when people get ready! They should Have scheduled that for later in the day. The guy at the front desk was on the phone constantly during our check in addressed guest issues about the same thing. On the go breakfast was very limited. Add some other things. Muffins and oatmeal were about the only choice. Water took forever to get hot. Very basic hotel shampoo and soap.

We booked 4 days and even tho website,booking info ,notice in room and attached to room keys says just call desk and they will provide.NO—We stayed there so I wouldn’t have to bring my kitchen with me…never sgain staying at that brand.
