My reservation was cancelled even though I was charged. The hotel refused to make me another reservation for the same day despite having the room available. I ended up sleeping in my car due to this issue.

It was a good location.

The whole hotel smelt terrible. Uncomfortable beds. The “breakfast” was coffee, muffins and yogurt.
The gave us keys to a room that was already rented out. The front desk lady called her manager and loudly blamed it on her while I was standing there.
No sorry. Didn’t even get off the phone just handed me new keys to a new room.

Negatives:
The traffic from the freeway was audible, as were the sounds from neighboring rooms. The front desk was not consistently staffed, and there was no mechanism to “ring” for staff. Breakfast was minimal.
