Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The hotel rooms are facing the freeway so it's very loud and the room was very cold. It felt like a metal box really. The towels are more like rags. For $170 a night, it was absolutely not worth the money.

I like the clean room and that it was close to my jobsite on hwy 405.
Negatives:
The from desk lady at first was a bit rude because I didn't have a credit card. I booked through and app so only when I had booking.com on the phone helping with the issue she called her manager and all was fine after that....although I paid with a visa debit I did mention to the app operator that they should specify in the app if hotels do or do t accept debit or any form of payment. And one more thing as I proceeded to take a shower the tub wouldn't drain but I soon figured it out it was clogged with alot of hair so to housekeeping periodically check the drains !!!

This hotel is incredibly bare bones. For example, it's supposed to come with a kitchenette, but there are zero items in the entire kitchen. You have to request from the front desk, and they give you an old storage container full of random kitchen items to "take to your room, use, and clean and bring back when you're done". Terrible service.

I like that being on trip for 1 that I got one queen bed in the middle of the room instead of two queens taking up more room than needed.
Negatives:
That I found a dirty wash rag under the sink in bathroom first thing I spot while running a bath tub of water. Also a key card on shelf in kitchen, need to be more though us tall people can see such. Other than that it was peaceful. Ohh could use more hygiene trial size for paying a good amount to stay . Body wash ,shampoo and conditioner, and maybe a spork in kitchenette, bowl 1 cup . Nobody thinks you need to bring your own from home.

I booked a stay at the mentioned hotel at downtown Bellevue from 8/29 to 9/2 from bookings.com. I checked in on 8/29 and was assigned to room 515. However, the noise seperation at this room was poor and I was kept up by noise from 11pm to 1 am. I asked for a room change and was rejected. Luckily a young man helped me reminding the next room to quite down at 2AM 9/30.
I checked out the next morning at 6AM, 9/30; the front desk on duty told me that I will be refunded for my rest 3 nights of stay. However, I didn't received any receipt, so I called the hotel around 11AM 9/30, the answering front desk (female, name unknown) told me that "you can't check out" and refused to refund me even if I de facto have checked out.
This female front desk is their manager is a real snake to deal with. I'm still in the process of getting my robbed money back. Will update.

We needed a hotel not too far from our concert, and this one was in a safe neighborhood, kind of hidden away from people which made it seem safer. The beds were literally so comfy we didn’t wanna get up! And we’re picky.
