No front desk staff monitoring property at night/ early morning. No one ever looked at the toilet issue ( running but unable to shut off despite trying to do so every time using it), though I spoke with a staff person shortly after checking in that there was a problem-and when I returned from work or left in the morning for work no one was at the front desk to remind them about the issue. When I mentioned the situation at checkout days later the issue was minimized and brushed off.

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen was helpful when we got the kitchen ware from the desk. Location was great and having a laundry room on the reception level was nice. Good parking.
Negatives:
Our refrigerator made a buzzing sound which came and went. Could use luggage rack and a broom and dustpan would be nice.
Cleaning crew were a little noisy in the early hours.
