Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Check Google Reviews Before Booking
Booked a room through a third party website for one night before seeing the Google reviews showing overwhelming evidence of bed bugs which includes multiple photos of bugs, bites and bed bug proof mattress covers. For those who might not know, if one room is infested they will go through the wall power outlets and also live in the walls gaining access to every room eventually.
We asked the manager at the front desk if the hotel had been treated for bed bugs within the last month and he said "we do not have bed bugs" asked for a refund and was told we'd have to do it through the booking service which we did not have time for... not their fault I understand that's just the way things are when using third party sites. We went to a hotel up the road and didn't stay at Extended Stay America.
We drove around the building just to get out of the parking lot and saw a used mattress leaning up by the dumpsters which just further shows that they 100% have bed bugs in my opinion.
I believe lying about that sort of thing isn't legal to do in Washington.
Pay more and stay somewhere nicer, it's worth it.
Save yourself $10,000 in extermination costs to have your home treated in a few months.

THAT WAS IT............ WE HAD TO COME UP WITH A NEW PLAN.......

Nice room layout, great price. Happy once we got settled, just took a little extra effort to get checked in, linens for the pullout, and hit the grocery store for breakfast.

Check-in was more difficult than most places I have stayed, and I travel often. No breakfast - break in the supply chain somewhere; however, it was easy to pick up what we needed at the nearby grocery store.

Location is great, BUT the link for Google Maps sent us to a different Extended Stay. We had to have someone phone over for the correct address. Rooms are spacious and handy. Reasonably clean. Excellent price. Decent WIFI speed.
Negatives:
Check-in was painfully slow and the fellow in front of me was almost finished when I arrived. At least 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing in the room: no coffee maker, utensils, proper ceramic cups to heat the water, no lotion. Good thing I brought my own tea as I awake early. Muffins were stale and they only had chocolate. We stayed here 2 years ago and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. No extra pillows in the room.
