Negatives: The room had only the one door and the one window, both of which to the shared veranda. So getting any natural light or airing the room out were both impossible without opening up to passers by.

Negatives: The room had no heat. And.shower leaks over the entire floor

Negatives: 1) There was no coffee maker or coffee in the kitchen in your studio room. We ask for one three times and there was never one available. 2) There were two people in the room with one bar of soap. For two days reservation 3) It lists that there is breakfast included (NOT TRUE) What they consider as breakfast are two large coffee pots, a three tier rack with 2" chocolate or blue berry muffins, another rack with packs of cocoa and packs of oatmeal. (THAT'S IT) Hope you enjoy you breakfast. Oh, and by the way don't take more that two people the room is very small with one table, one chair and a sofa. We won't be staying there again, that is for sure. And another thing, no one is at the service desk most of the time you have to call them from a back room or there is a sign that says returning soon. Service is very bad. We didn't receive a check out invoice because there was no one there to give us one. We gave up waiting for them.

Negatives: Room was dirty. White socks turned black. No toilet paper or cups of any kind. Threadbare towels. No one at front lobby desk. Eventually a long line developed. Took 45 minutes too check in. Called the number provided in the lobby to get help. Spoke to live person 3 times. Different people. They kept saying I’m just the call center call the help number. After explaining that is what was done and the problem about trying to check in. They said. “Thank you for letting us know” and hung up.

Negatives: You had to go to the office to checkout dishes, and the office staff were in the back room so you had to ring a bell to call them.

Negatives: Stated above. Plus this. The doors need new weather stripping I can feel the breeze and see the day light come thru the DOOR of my room. I heard a man fart outside my door. Yeah that's correct a fart. It wasn't like a huge butt busting, "oh no I gotta go back" kind of fart but there was no mistaking what I heard. I have to live with this memory now. All because someone wanted to save a few dollars and bit replace the shrunken door weather stripping. Who does that , well u can tell you I know who. Right?

Negatives: But noisy at night, cartonboard walls due to which you hear a lot of noise from neighbors

Negatives: My first morning, the coffee hadn't been made so there was none for me before my meeting started. It's likely this is due to the time change and the staff not realising.
