The fact that they are now charging for parking. Give me a break? Feels like a gotcha.
Positives:
Every staff person we encountered was friendly, polite, and took care of any of our requests. The continental breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and had many options. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The location was magnificent.
Negatives:
The carpets in the hallways, elevators, and rooms were visibly dirty and I never heard or saw anyone vacuuming throughout our 4-day stay. The hotel can definitely use the $13.41 (with sales tax) parking fees they charge for a good all-over carpet clean.

Internet Cable was down the entire stay.

Free Wifi so i could work- Hampton Wifi was down the whole trip.

The breakfast ends waaay too early. The serving area is too small. It felt like we were herded along and fingering for the last crumbs. Within our 10 days stay, we were early enough to get breakfast 1 time only. Im not expecting breakfast to be available all day long, yet, keep in mind that not everyone has the same 8-5 schedule. Dinner hours were also not so convenient with too little choices.

It was clean and open by the reception area. They had special flavored water and sometimes cookies available for free. The hotel was full so most of the time the cookies were gone or kids took several so not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was nice- several options both warm and cold. I would recommend a tip jar instead of tip requests at every table sign. The person running the breakfast was working hard and fast due to high number of guests. The pool was nice- nothing special but a nice pool good temperature. Cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.
Negatives:
The pool was front and center with many windows so lots of traffic and lookers. Maybe breakfast waffles or muffins options better then just two types.
