Early one morning I went downstairs for just a cup of coffee and they charged $10 to the room for two coffees. (We had breakfast vouchers but we were not going to eat for another hour.) There should be free coffee in the lobby for all hotel patrons.
A vanity sink outside the bathroom would be nice.

The location and staff were awesome.
Negatives:
The hotel was a bit outdated and our first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. My infant son was staying with me and is respiratory vulnerable already, so this was very disappointing. The kind front desk lady did switch us rooms but even that room had some remnant smoke smell.
