Hilton Bellevue

Negatives: The room was absolutely freezing no matter how high we turned the heat up. The Tv did not cast correctly despite having the settings to do so. The hotel wifi would disconnect or not be in range in the hotel restaurant. I got better service from my cellphone hot spot. The Phone in our room never worked (in fact, the switchplate with the phone cables was hanging out of the wall behind the bed). We found painters tape on fixtures in the bathroom. I found gum pushed against the nightstand. Our recycling was not taken out any day of our stay by housekeeping- it continued to pile up throughout the duration of our stay. We did go to the front desk the first night to ask about the phone and tv, we were told the tv was old, and that someone would come fix the phone. No one came to fix the phone. Too many issues for a hotel that costs this much per night. Will not be going back, and have advised all our work colleagues to steer clear of this place.

Negatives: The room was big, which was nice, but somebody left a plate of moldy food in the oven and it stink so bad staff had to come and spray it down. There was also a black widow outside of the master deck and also about 10 spiders that were huge and ginormous outside of the living room deck, and someone had to come and vacuum them up and did not get all of them. I was told I would only be paying $98 for the room, but my card was charged $320. I’m supposed to get the $50 back plus $150 off the room because of my stay. I have not got any money back and I am very disappointed because I need that money back. Very disappointing trip as the room was absolutely disgusting.

Negatives: Not able to trust parking paid for due to not safe area anymore

Negatives: Small minor details in the rooms but doesn’t matter

Negatives: Nothing I didn’t like about it besides parking fee, but kind of hard to find a place with free parking these days

Negatives: Such crazy middle of nowhere where and charging $25+tax for parking over night? Bookings app didn’t even mention about it. It’s no different than scamming!

Negatives: Very old facilities in room. The room smells old when entered, the drawer and the cupboard also looks old and smells old. The ceiling in room is very low and make the room looks depressing.

Negatives: It was a nice, and nice location comfortable

Negatives: They charge us twice on the pre-authorization amount. The amount on one credit card returned already but not on the visa debit that they also pre-authorized. They said it will return in 3 days and it is 5 days now.
