Positives: Location was great. Its located right on the strip in bellevue so having access to malls and restaurants was very convenient. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was nice too
Negatives: I paid for the breakfast package, but apparently a trainee who checked me in said i do not have the breakfast package. As a result, i paid for a service that i did not get. When the manager found out about the problem, they said they would issue a refund through booking.com. As of Oct 26th, i have not seen any sort of return on my credit card.

Positives: A pretty typical Hyatt experience. Great location.
Negatives: Ugh - someone in a room near ours was smoking ( and of course, in a nonsmoking room). It kept us up all night. There was a big convention there - so I doubt we will select this hotel again, because of that.
