Location to family was the reason we stayed there. Have stayed there multiple times over the years, but was extremely disappointed in the facility this time. Room was in dire need of a deep cleaning & repairs. Breakfast was very hit & miss. Two days there was hardly anything to selct.

It was close to my event. the staff was helpful and kind. the hotel was clean just a little old and dated. But over all seemed well taken care of.

Ease of location to where I needed to go.
Breakfast was easy and basic but good.
Guests were super friendly. Office staff seemed exhausted and annoyed. I can only imagine...they probably need a raise and more benefits. That's usually why people seem robotic but nothing personal against them..they did their job with efficiency. I would stay here again if I needed a place with a little kitchen and a desk to work and a comfy bed to sleep with breakfast. No frills place but fine.

Way too much $ but that's the area. It was the least expensive of the places I was looking at.
Thin walls and they allow pets so we saw a lot of people with pets. No pet smell so that's good.
Elevators were.l not functioning well and we used the stairs most of the time. Be aware that it is a strange layout and we got lost a few.tines in the stairwell trying to locate the front desk. They need signs but no biig deal.

It was nice having a nice living space separate from the bedroom and the ability to cook our own meals. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was a bit sparse and inconsistent. There was no juice some days and we found it hard to find things our son would eat. The sofa smelled a bit musty and when I retrieved a toy from under furniture for my son I found fruit loops from a previous stay. We hadn't had any. Public transit was not easily accessible and it was hard to get a taxi to the hotel. We were not within easy walking distance from many things
