The window was falling out and sounded like the window was open. Mold all over the curtains and bathroom and all 4 rooms melled moldy. Pink mold all over all the bathrooms and moldy celings like there was a bad waterleak at some time. Wifi was almost nonexistant

terrible service. for my entire stay at the hotel. no one came to clean. i called reception several times, but everyone ignores my requests. i just threw towels and bed linen out the door, and found carts with everything myself and cleaned my room myself.

I liked the complimentary breakfast with Alki Bakery muffins and croissants and bagels with cereals with a toaster. Also, Jonah’s Restaurant is great with treats and popcorn for purchase along with a soda machine without a debit or credit card option.

The room has a funny smell, just like someone peed in the room. Had to use my perfume to spray around to cover the smell. One night stay was a little pricey including parking fee. The facility structure is so confusing.

The facilities were very poor, no regular house keeping, you should request and follow up again to have it. WIFI service was very poor also. The room needs more sound isolation as the hotel overlooks on high way streets so their rooms were not quiet.
