Positives:
The kids loved the swimming pool, and the take-away breakfast was efficient. The room itself was relatively clean, and had AC. It's in a good location in Bellevue.
Negatives:
The property is poorly maintained, and all the public spaces are dirty and it seems they are not regularly clean. There are several broken pavements and in general it seems this hotel had its good days back in the day, but not anymore. Parking is $12 per night, which is ridiculous given the huge empty parking lot.

Positives:
The room was nice, a good size and very clean! Felt safe!
Negatives:
They charge for parking 13.20 a night when there was hardly anyone in the parking garage lot and I was unaware of this when booking and they also charged a 50. Fee for incidentals. Which were not even in the room. Which if you don’t use they refund but that takes 5-7 business days and that is a bogus charge! This was also not included in the info when booking!

We are senior citizens. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, we should have requested a room on the ground floor.

This hotel is old and very, very close to and level with the freeway. Thank goodness for the in room air conditioner that I used to mask the noise.

Doors to building didn't have locks and anyone could come and go into the building, No breakfast unless you were there right at the beginning. We saw one couple leave with pretty much everything on the table and left nothing. You need to control that somehow
