The beds are comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice with good amenities.
Negatives:
The staff was not helpful. We traveled with kids and booked two rooms which they initially put 20 rooms apart. We had to explain the need to have them close together and convince the woman to look for rooms closer together. The rooms had an odd smell, maybe a deodorizer, that got worse overnight. The hot water was out for 12 hours one night, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Things happen, but the staff was not apologetic or accommodating. Overall it wasn’t a nice stay. Try the Residence Inn Bellevue (not Bellevue Downtown) instead over by 520 - nice staff, nicer accommodations at a better price and still really convenient.

Positives:
The room was a good size so comfortable for relaxing after sightseeing. It was in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and even getting groceries. The property was quiet despite being close to the highway. The staff were very welcoming.

No hot tub and pool closes at ten.

The room for the price was amazing! I thought it was really cool they have a game room with a pool table. The location is great to quickly jump on the freeway and head over to Seattle.

Parking isn’t great. Only a handful of spots in front of the hotel, or a cramped parking garage, or you have to park across the street.
