Negatives: The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the declared 5 stars. The room was dirty. There is no breakfast, the maximum you can see is tea and coffee in the lobby. There is no swimming pool either. The promised 24/7 concierge service did not work at night and did not answer calls!

Negatives: You can feel the air not fresh and dirty. Have snacks and bottle below the couch when we check in and still there for the next day. They don’t provide amenities, like toothbrush, slippers, etc. The bathroom clogging. I don’t think they check/clean it often.

Positives: The hotel, the gym and the general accommodations were fine. The location was fine. I was not able to partake in the restaurants, etc.

Negatives: We had some trouble with the booking and mistakes made on both ends, and it took a lot of calls and emails. So, that marred my stay. I believe it was resolved but I will not know until my credit card is refunded.
