Positives:
The complimentary eucalyptus steam room was our absolute favorite. As always, we felt pampered in every way, from the delicious restaurant (and robes!) to the friendliness of all staff (front desk, restaurant and especially in the spa).
Negatives:
The room was absolutely divine - but splurge if you can for the rooms with full views - we opted to go with a 'partial view' and it was a room on ground floor near the road- we had to keep the window blinds shut the entire time for privacy.
Positives:
The vibe. Bathtub with sliding doors so you could watch tv while in the tub. Gorgeous bay view with huge window seat for reading or watching the boats. Spa has some CBD bath salts which were amazing. Hotel also provides bubble bath. Great room service too
Negatives:
Sadly, the fireplace in my room wasn't working, and I couldn't reach front desk around 930 when I tried to get the night maintenance for assistance. That was sad and took away from the experience, but it would have been absolutely perfect if not for that

The view from our room was beautiful. There is a comfortable window seat which is great for enjoying the view of the bay while sipping a coffee or glass of wine.
Negatives:
We stayed for two nights. On the second night there was a wedding, which was fine...congrats to the happy couple. It would have been nice to be informed that the wedding party was taking over the lounge and deck so that guests have time to make other dining arrangements.
