Updated and fairly clean
Negatives:
Staff were not very friendly or not available. Coffee was almost always empty at lobby and no one available to refill Avery time we wanted some. Doors slam hard so kept awake at night.
Positives:
Excellent customer service, clean rooms, and felt very safe. Free internet and free parking.
Negatives:
The beds are really hard, its right across the street from airport and a few miles from anything close. Restaurant available for eating but a free continental breakfast would be nice.

The first room had a bedbug like creature crawling on the pillow. The second room had about 30-40 public hairs on the bed along with visible stains. The couch had what appeared to be blood spots on it. It took 2 hours to get a room that I could sleep in

Room doors do not block sound. I had multiple children running and screaming through the halls at 7am.

I am familiar with it and the room was clean. I was able to use the printer for a work need and there was a parking garage which was helpful.

Pool, hot tub closed for renovation, bad surprise. Sauna & steam has been "closed due to COVID" few years. Got sick eating in the cafe. Asked for a late checkout, was told "It's already late at noon". Fire alarm went off three times,TV was disconnecting.
