Negatives: Wasn't anything I just disliked

Negatives: Trying to get there was a little difficult.

Negatives: At first, we got a room next to facility/equipment room, so it was noisy, we had to change to a different room. Then we got a room that had hair in the bed, my son also found he had many bug bites the next morning. The worst part is the bathroom, when you turn on the light/fan, you can smell someone had meth there, it was very strong.

Negatives: The heater was broken it was close to freezing temps outside. The guy on that night was “ goi g to try and find a space heater and get some extra blankets”. I firmly said I must have heat. He did Finally find the heater. I travelled with a dog so I checked the floors and brought my own cleaner and a my own towel. The floor had not been mopped in weeks. Black came off the floor. I showed him and he said he would tell management, but I’m doubtful.

Negatives: First, when I called two days ahead to request a downstairs room Xavier was very kind and helpful and said that he could assign that room to me. He did not tell me that to do that I had to charge the card on file and that the card that I used to make the reservation had to be the same name but the reservation was for. I used my husbands card so instead of contacting me my reservation was canceled. I had the presence of mine to call again the day before I arrive and thankfully I found all of this out and was able to remake my reservation. When I arrived heater did not work in the room, the floor was filthy there was pubic hairs at the base of the toilet and I cleaned the whole room before I moved in.

Negatives: room didn't have microwave that being said the front office was willing to use there's for me

Negatives: Sheets were not cleaned. Dirty

Negatives: Wher to start ,let's see .came out shower my feet black walking ,across the floor .,floors very disgusting .after pulling out bed ,floor never been washed under it .shower curtain covered in mildew by fridge underneath spilt dry milk ..Asking three times ,for towels ,.the lady at desk no professional skills ,too busy telling me about her break up ..People in they cars doin hard drugs ..Then went out for ,day with hubby came back my earrings were stolen ..horrible horrible place

Negatives: Back side room location exposes you to road noise from freeway. Hard to handle!
