Negatives: The location was perfect for me the store was near and good access

Negatives: When I walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was dried piss stains all over the toilet and seat. I informed the staff person working that night and she came in, confirmed it, and then proceeded to clean it. The floors were dirty and it was not comfortable to walk without shoes on. There were weird stains on the wall, which I took photos of as well. There were weird stains on the bed frames of the bed. The inside of the toilet was moldy and stained, I also have photos of that too. Pretty unsatisfactory for the $140 it cost to pay for the room.

Negatives: Everything. Room wasn't ready, plus I couldn't even get the Room keys because I put it in my daughter name since it was for her.

Negatives: That I had to pay twice for the second night of my stay

Negatives: No chair or clothes hangers. Damage marks on bathroom floor. Lock covers missing. But, the lock did work.

Negatives: Getting in the shower only to get told to turn off the water. Cause it was leaking. Then having to move to a different room. Which didn't have a refrigerator or a shower curtain. Didn't really enjoy myself that much.

Negatives: I arrived tired and stressed, wanting to reheat something for dinner, then relax and unwind with a show. I had brought food with me that needed refrigeration but was unpleasantly surprised to discover neither a fridge nor a microwave in the room. The room appeared to be the kind they give people traveling with pets, but maybe all their rooms are like that these days (no carpet, unupholstered chairs). There were no personal care products other than soap. I wished I had checked the listing for the amenities before I booked, but I was in a hurry and wanted an inexpensive place to stay. I couldn't find a TV channel I wanted to watch, so I tried streaming a show on my laptop. The internet kept buffering and then dropping so I called the front desk to complain. She told me it was working fine in the office and implied it must be my issue, so no help there. I had to give up and go to sleep. Although there was freeway noise, it didn't bother me; however, I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to turn on the fan. I kept pressing the buttons on the HVAC by the light of my cellphone, but it wouldn't come on. The next morning I talked to the staff member at the desk about my frustrations. He apologized for the internet and asked if I had spoken to the staff about it last night. When I told him the response I had gotten, he agreed that wasn't a good one. As for the HVAC unit, he told me the buttons on the machine don't work because there is a thermostat across the room that controls it, and I should have been told that at check-in. I hadn't thought to look for a thermostat across the room at 2 in the morning. I was glad I had only booked one night.

Negatives: Highway traffic noise

Negatives: Motel short of staff. Room not available for check-in until 5:30. Immediately adjacent to Interstate and road noise.

Negatives: Bathroom smelled of cigarettes

Negatives: drug baggies by my car. addicts, homeless everywhere. constantly had to check our vehicles. room was too small for 3 people and a pet. bathroom was disgusting. torn up linens, couldn't get extra linens the entire 6 night stay.

Negatives: Nothing I didn't like really
