When I found the hotel with Booking.com, it shown "Breakfast included". However, the hotel provided coffee and little snack only. I was very disappointed because I thought that a general buffet style breakfast should be provided. I asked hotel staff if buffet style breakfast was offered but the staff told me that you could take some coffee and muffin to go to breakfast area. If the hotel express "Breakfast included", they have to provide a buffet style breakfast, for example, scrambled eggs, salad bar, bacon or sausage, toast and so on.
