Positives:
Check in process was good. It was quiet.
Negatives:
The mattress had a sunken hole on my wife's side of the bed. Also would recommend changing out carpet with lament flooring. Also the Pleather chair had a large rip on the seat. Needs a bit of a renovation.

Everything else. We did not get a first floor room for our little dog. The elevators went out of service the morning we needed to leave and my husband became very ill. It was very hard for him to walk down 4 flights of stairs. He could have died for the lack of service that we got and all the employees kept saying that nobody had the authority to help us.

Coming into the hotel the staff was unproffesional. We had to wait for a receptionist to come to the desk when arriving AND leaving. The moment we stepped into the room we were utterly dissapointed. Considering the price, the experience was horrible. The room AND bedsheets smelled rancid giving the impression they were NOT changed. Part of the wall quite literally fell off and, the beds were incredibly stiff.

Clean comfortable and really important, a quiet room. Good staff that were responsive to anything we needed. Overall a good location and good stay.

For the money we paid what was provided for breakfast was very disappointing. The ask is not anything over the top but there should be better and more healthy options for the cost of the room.
