Negatives: They could not figure out that our reservation was with them. The other hotel had called them to see if they had it. One person said yes. Once we arrived, it took them about 20 minutes to decide we were at this location. They allow dogs that were outside barking and on a tiny green spot to potty. No luggage assistance. Called for a bell hop. The guy told me to come get their cart for self-serve. He did not understand the checkout procedures with luggage for elderly guests..
