Good news! Before Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Sep 26th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Sep 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Sep 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
