The breakfast very poor. What little was offered was not good. They were out of milk so we couldn’t even have cereal. Toilet ran off and on.

The staff at this hotel were over the top. Had it decorated for valentines day. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was so clean and beautiful. It was an absolute joy to stay here. We will be back.

It appeared that the room was ready, and they were just trying to catch us with a hidden fee. We just waited, but it was exasperating. I should have asked them for a $25 refund because we checked out early.
