We had a plumbing problem at home so went to the GuestHouse Inn for the night- the plumbing was to be fixed the next day. We live in town.
The room was acceptably clean. The two employees we had contact with - front desk/breakfast room were professional, nice.
The employee cleaning up in the breakfast room let us sit down and have our quick breakfast which we appreciated- see below.
Negatives:
The price was high in my opinion for middle-of-the-road accomodations.
The washcloths too thin, worn-out.
We got to the breakfast a little after 9 just to be told they closed at 9, contrary to 10 as stated in the usual "information" room notebook.

Positives:
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The layout and natural environment is very nice. The front desk guy really tried his best to help me fix the problems - get new beddings, even it took him almost 2 hours to get me clean beddings after his first try. I really appreciate his help.
The room is spacious.
Negatives:
One corner of the towel rack in my bathroom is not even properly attached and fixed to the wall.
The towels look very old and somewhat yellow. Brand new towels need to replace the very old one.
The bed cover and and sheet somehow have dark or yellow spot, or on it there is something making the cover and sheet look transparent.
I believe these towels and beddings have been washed in the washing machine and dryer, but still there are not properly cleaned because we can see the stains remaining on them. Probablly the management should consider replace a part of the really old towels and beddings that does not look clean. I spent $200 per night, worth something cleaner!

Rooms were great. Restaurant on site was great to have and good food. Location was convenient and very easy to find. Staff were all friendly and efficent.

Room coffee set-up should include decaf coffee. Complimentary breakfast is nice to have but would like more protein options (hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, sausage, etc.)
