Rooms not ready upon arrival at 1000 pm. Reception said they may not have been cleaned. Lobby and hallways very dirty. Puddle of urine in front of lobby. Decided not to stay. Reception said they would approve refund. Still waiting.

It was very close to the venue and the reason for my stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was dog friendly and that was fantastic.
Negatives:
It didn’t feel very safe. There were a lot of cars with manual safety devices on the steering wheels. And lots of warnings about cars being broken into. And if I wanted dishes or cutlery I had to ask for them specifically.
While this was not the fault of the hotel itself but the area of town.
The one night stay there seemed to be a bit overpriced for the accommodation.
The sense of personal insecurity did affect my stay there.

They didn't have coffee available all day and they would put it up early they wouldn't have it out or available during the times advertised or posted however you want to say that

Booked a non smoking room- it reeked of smoke. Not in a “someone has smoked in here during one visit” kind of way- the room definitely has had many smokers. It smelled like a stale cigarette smoke ash tray. The front desk attendant tried to play it off as a surprise to her, but she clearly knew. There’s a reason the attendant isn’t an actor.
