Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
Guests hanging around check-in area smoking pot and drinking. Room above us was extremely noisy, seems people are living there. heavy foot traffic at all hours of the night. The room next to us had multiple people partying and would leave cases of empty beer cans in front of my door. tried talking to them, they could not speak English. There was no attempt to separate guests who were there to party and those who were just looking for a quiet place to sleep.

Downtown location Management's handling of the double erroneous booking of my stay with the downtown and Everett locations. After many phone calls and explanations as per the nature of the erroneous booking the downtown location refused to cancel my reservation and transfer payment to the Everett location

I liked the big room, the balcony was a nice treat. Very good breakfast! Nice shower! The front desk staff was very nice.
Negatives:
The pillows are small and flat. The bed is hard. I didn't sleep well. The toilet didn't flush well enough, had to borrow a plunger from the front desk clerk. She was very nice about it.
