The front desk didn’t charge for a pet fee when I clearly had my pet with me the entire time. It wasn’t until check out that this Asian employee the following day harasses me about having my pet with me and said you need to pay $50 okay that’s not my job to do the charging that’s theirs. I checked out early I was in so much distress from this guy chasing me down to harass me when we were just out for Memorial Day for my husband who is an active military veteran. I am disgusted with this treatment.
Negatives:
The employee was rude- I felt harassed by him he chased us down an hour before check out and it was inappropriate. He humiliated us in front of other guests when it was their mistake they should have let it go. We were already in a pet friendly room as I payed more for it without knowing. The chair has stains on it, the room could have been cleaner, the breakfast was limited in selections and limited to our rooms.

This is our 4th time to hotel as we love staying here. Great staff, fair prices and a great location to access the marina, restaurants etc. Area has a great vibe and we will visit again for sure!

Newer Rooms on main floor have paper thin walls so you can hear basic conversations of people in adjoining rooms.
