Pillows were lumpy. Toilet blocked up and there was no milk for the cereal at breakfast. Breakfast closed at 9am ( in every other hotel it is 10am).For the price you pay it is not unfair to expect more. We will not be staying at LA Quinta anymore and seeing we are Australians and travelling the US for ten weeks that chain will miss out on a lot of revenue

The location was quiet central and the staff member who checked us in was helpful.
Negatives:
There was a very strong fragrance immediately upon entering the hotel. This only got worse when we arrived in our room. It was completely overwhelming and led to us all getting headaches within 30minutes of arriving. It smelt very artificially fragranced as if an intense air freshener or cleaner was being used to cover something. It did not settle in the two nights we stayed making it difficult to stay comfortably in the room. The room was also a bit dated and didn’t look the cleanest due to that. To try to air out the scent we had the ac on which was incredibly loud and clunky when on.
