I LOVED the housekeeper named Sarah. She is very sweet and when I asked her for trash bags and towels she happily stopped what she was doing to provide them to me.
The rest of housekeeping is another story. One didn’t even even speak enough English to understand me, I had to stand and play a motel version of Pictionary. Another pretended she didn’t hear me, and just slammed the door to a room in my face. And another promised to bring them cuz she said no towels were clean, but she never did.
Sarah, YOU ROCK! You are the BEST!

There was no Wifi available even though that’s advertised. No shampoo or conditioner, you have to pay for it. No microwave, fridge, or anything in the space. Had a no smoking sign on the door but instantly smelled smoke as I walked in the door.

Nothing, as soon as I pulled in there were 4, 5 cop cars there - I tried to cancel and ask my money back for safety concerns and they haven’t replied at all. I had to stay there for 40 mins trying to resolve this but couldn’t and didn’t want to stay a second longer but the property has been unresponsive about this issue.
Negatives:
It is a very sketchy area, it is a fenced property because of the area, they have armed security plus it is the worst thing pulling up to a property and seeing a bunch of police cars.

Shon, who works nights, literally SAVED MY LIFE. The machine, owned by Canteen Vending in Everett, ripped me off and I was so hungry I made a very dry peanut butter sandwich. I started to choke, he did the heimlick and saved my life. Thanks Motel 6 and Shon. You are the best
