Pillows were old and needed to be replaced. I asked for pillows and got older pillows. No dishes , utensils, pots, or pans in the kitchen. They have to be purchased from the office.

Not much really. The day time staff were polite.
Negatives:
You did not mention this was an extended stay place. The guy working nights was arrogant and rude. There was no coffee or hot water available for tea. They had a vending machine for coffee. Even an in room coffee machine for what I had to pay for this room. For what they charge there should of been something. Not even an ice machine. Also my room was a non smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the edge of the bath tub. The two leather chairs were torn and in bad shape.

Most of the staff were awesome. The rooms were clean and kinda comfortable

I didn't like the fact that all of the dishes, silverware, cups, pots, and pans were saved for workers from Boeing, and nobody else could have any. The was a whole rack full of everything needed but we were told we couldn't use any of them because some workers from Boeing were coming in... (so not even there yet) and it was all saved for them. LAME

Over booked me, they then broke my family into 2 rooms. 1 had no bathroom door and no hot water. The other had no cold water. No conditioner offered with the shampoo. The facility smells horrible.
