Staff was horrible. Very rude and disrespectful after they got my money. I get the extended-stay portion of it means that most people bring things along with them but are you kidding me? No silverware anything in a full kitchen suite?!? Upon reading the paperwork in the room on the nightstand. Those extra things are available to buy down in the lobby. Im sorry but this bootleg version of the Ramada Inn is ridiculous.

There was a lot of physical damage. I took pictures in case hotel kept an additional $50 charge. Which reminds me to double check reimbursement. Sadly the area is sketchy. Kitchen has zero anything - bring your own cup.

Outside looked nice. Inside looked new, but completely beat up. All the pictures were taken off the walls and you can see the holes where they were. The painting on the wall was not done completely. Secondary lock on the door was not there. HVAC system wasnt functioning.
