I could never open my door. I went through 5 different keys and had to keep getting the front desk to let me in my room. Very frustrating. Also my TV did not work at all. I asked the front desk and was told...."well some rooms work and some don't".

The morning staff was exceptional. Parking was easily ready/available. Tv was a great size. Walkin shower was nice. The coffee ☕️

The fact that the guy that checked us in didn't complete our registration so in the middle of the night we had guests walk in our room thinking it would be a vacant one. I was totally shocked and they said they were given the room by the front desk. In the AM, the pool/hottub area didn't have towels, looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before was a complete mess. We got compensated but to be woken up in the middle of the night by guests who legit thought they were going into a vacant room and then 3 or 4 calls from the front desk staff..... Very disappointing

the fan and lights did not work in bathroom when we asked to get them fixed they ignored us and we also asked Saturday morning and they told us no one was there to fix problem so it was left like that. The phone also did not work to contact front desk.

Car break ins are frequent. There is no security. The facility was dirty. Common areas were not cleaned during a 4 day stay. Food was left on the dining area floor for days Elevators were never cleaned. The staff was informed about te car break ins and seemed unconcerned. Do not stay at this property

Didn't eat a whole lot. Was near the activities we had.
Negatives:
There was a group of boys up alll night being loud. I did not sleep. I tried to contact front desk during night and no one answered. When I complained the next morning all they said was I'll look into it.
