I would like to comeback...
Positives:
The location is on point. Lots of food and activities and shopping close within walking distance. I enjoyed that they allowed service animals at no fee cost.
Negatives:
They double charged me for our room. When I spoke to management about the issue I was told the system was down and all they could do was extend my check out time until the system came up. When the system did come up they verified that they double charged me an stated that they release the funds back to me however it takes 3 to 5 days to receive so he could discount a room for me for another night at 135 n some change when the room was 140 a night. No comping a room I stayed originally 4 nights so they took a little over 1300 from me I have a baby with me and no money to get home on at this point because my 500 an some money is held up in the whole banking system because of something that was clearly their fault yet they wouldn't even comp a room for a few days for the money to settle no they wanted to discount 5 bucks off a room. I won't be staying with this hotel ever again an we travel to that area a TON. I honestly would like corporate to reach out to me. We stayed Oct 31st thru Nov 4th in room 303.
