Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I booked online with PayPal, and used my debit card to pay for a 25 dollar pet fee when i arrived at chk in. I came home and discovered that i had been charged twice. By PAYPAL and the bank. When i called the Hotel to inform them, no one answered the phone until late evening the next day. Also someone was complaining to the front desk about their car being broken into and was told there was no cameras. Desk clerk hardly ever available and had to wait for long times for someone to appear. Breakfast almost non existent. May have well not have had anything out there for customers. This will be last stay at this facility. Still waiting for call from manager to get my issue resolved for having to pay twice.

Our room wasn’t well clean at arrival. Our child found an adult toy under the bed when she looked under the bed to find her toy. We rented two room because we were traveling with family to an “end of summer” activity and found that. Also having to ask for kitchen utensils and they tell you there’s not enough kind of sucked, reason why we booked here were for the kitchenettes and it soon turned into more work.
