Loud people, drug addicts, no wifi, tv service out all the time, no fridge no microwave
She basically side swiped me. I paid for the room online that said queen bed, with amenities in it. But instead at check in she cheap shot me by asking what kind of room I wanted.
She took me to the one with coworkers staying above me who were loud and on drugs.

The front desk kept calling and accusing us of banging on the walls when we were sleeping, refused to give us more towels and refused to let me pay for a extra night until after 4 and after locking us out of the room,then proceeded to tell me they called multiple times in a day and said my phone was disconnected even though the only call I got was from my employee,there were drug dealer right outside my room and nextdoor

About the only thing I liked was they accepted my cat and good location.
Negatives:
In the week I booked I had my laundry stolen. After I had to clean both washer and dryer in order to use them. Then had another customer go to office and complain about me cleaning out the dryer. I was not made aware he did so until I tried to extend my stay. Was told they put me on a do not rent list. FOR CLEANING OUT THE FACILITIES IN ORDER TO USE THEM. I wasn't aware the customer who complained was actually an off shift staff. When I made a comment about having to clean the dryer he then took that to the office. So because they were butt hurt over not cleaning properly they made it so I couldn't stay there anymore. That really affected my life in a negative way. Plus they have under age kids cleaning the rooms daily. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
