Positives: Presentation was wonderful. When I open the door a blast of freshness and the cleanliness made a very good first impression. Was not expecting this especially since this was a smoking room. Compliments to the cleaning staff.
Negatives: Occasionally the neighbors were a bit loud, however, my bathroom ceiling fan and TV tempered the noise.

Positives: Timely check in and staff not being nosey all the time or harassing us
Negatives: I specifically selected the bathtub room because that was a deal breaker for me plus a microwave and fridge only to find out once we got to the property that we had to have chosen the "deluxe" option for the microwave and fridge and that there wasn't a bathtub on the whole property so why in the heck was it an option on booking??? That was the only frustrating part about it.

Positives: The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! I had booked at another place in the city but the staff there was so off putting I decided to cancel upon arrival and I am glad I did! Friendly staff upon arrival after a long road trip was wonderful! Also a very safe feeling lit up property to responsibly take my dog out potty even after dark.
Negatives: The bed could use replacing.
