Location, friendly staff, loved having the water refill station and free, convenient parking.
Negatives:
It was strange because if someone flushed a toilet near you, it sounded like the toilet in your room was flushing, so nights had a lot of noise. There were also dogs barking in the morning (we noticed a dog kennel business across the street), coffee wasn’t free, and electric charging was expensive.

Great “continental” breakfast, really closer to a buffet, given the hot items available. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient parking in front, and very close to the freeway.

The restaurant was unexpectedly closed our first night there, the chef was unavailable.
