easy access to I-5, plenty of parking, pretty good breakfast

Phone did not work, no alarm or clock in the room, no plug in for phone charger, shower was complicated to use.

This hotel is not a three star property. It once was, but has been largely abandoned while they seek a buyer. Understaffed and lacking basic updates, it is masquerading as a three star property, advertising amenities that have not been offered for years.

The hotel was located close to I5 and the mall.

It was not kept well. Our toilet would spray water out of the tank and flood the bathroom. The front desk did move us to another room. The new room had bed bugs and we are disappointed in the lack of customer service from this stay.

The hotel is ran down and dirty. The staff is very rude and dishonest. With the exception of one young girl that checked us in. I left a pair of earrings on the t.v. stand I realized it about 20 minutes up the road I called claimed they didn't see them
