The customer service was horrendous. When eating breakfast I went back to the room to get a diaper for my youngest and found out we were locked out. I went back up to the desk and she said that she redid our cards. Then when we went back to the room after breakfast they did not work as well. We had checked in the night before at 2 am so I was informed we had a check out of 12noon. Right at 11am the front rest is blowing up the room phone telling us we have to check out. I informed her of my late check in and explained to her when we were gonna check out. Then the cleaning lady's came knocking on the door telling us we had to leave. I went downtown to talk to the front desk lady and she was extremely rude. I would never stay here again.

Positives:
Lobby was clean, good breakfast, polite staff
Negatives:
the room was filthy. Carpets stained and smelled awful. Air conditioning was broken, and the filter was so gross. Windows don't open so you are stuck . Hotel needs deep cleaned and updated. Snack machine was smashed in and emptied.

You need to train your employees better. Very, very rude. Only being able to give a 1. I wish I could give it negative #'s, more like -10. I quote, "I hear you lady" Are you sure? Because I bet you're listening now

The bed was comfy.. nice staff .
Negatives:
Changed rooms because my toilet didn't flush. Solo traveler pretty much at the far end of the building.i got my steps in going to an from my room to the breakfast. Which I went to the first morning at 7 am they opened at 6 and there basically wasn't anything left. I waited a good fifteen minutes before just grabbing a bagel and coffee and going back to my room cause they don't have pots in the room. All in all not happy. Ants in my bathroom. No way to use the tub only the shower.
