Everthing you have to go ask the front desk, they don't even have a coffee machine in the room, no extra pillow, no shampoo, no lotion, breakfast only package of oatmeal, doesn't even have coffee in the thermal. The place smell bad.

How runs were not clean at all but they would give out keys to customers.

on Saturday night we were given keys to a room that already had people in it. The second room had carpet in it that had big stains. Wednesday the room was better but the bathroom had no light.

Their amenities shown are never available. No breakfast, you have to pay for the high speed Internet even being a perks member.

short staffed, garbage remained in the hall for days, check-in ID requirements were incomprehensible, we were denied check-in for over two hours until i begged the clerk to call an off duty manager, my wife of 52 years, a 71 yo retired architect, did not have an ID, my computer scan of her current unexpired DL was unacceptable. The reason was it was necessary to have a record of all people entering, yet while we were waiting two people were allowed to go visit a guest. There was no rest room in the lobby,

I have been staying in hotels all over the world for over 50 years, this was my worst stay ever!
Positives:
The location to where I needed to go the following morning.
Negatives:
The internet didn't work. The floors were not cleaned. The breakfast was nothing more than a muffin in a plastic bag. And the #1 thing I didn't like is that I was kept awake or woken up by the hotel washing machine next to my room banging around all night.
