1. breakfast omelets were either flavorless (the cheese ones) or had peppers in them (which I can't eat). BUT there were plenty of other options.
2. I was looking for a hotel on the East Hill of Kent or Renton, but there doesn't seem to be any.

The front desk was very rude and unprofessional the room was smell like old and the pool super cold jacuzzi over heat supposed to be 100-102 but there was 118

i could not get a bill at front desk. therefore, my company will not pay for the trip and I will eat $1000 in hotel fees. This is worst possible outcome regardless of the Hampton property features. I will not stay at a property where I cannot get a bill. I do not agree with charges, and I cannot get a bill. Double Failure . rude staff......will stay elsewhere
