I am surprised and worried about a deposit they charge this time $50.00 dollars because on the past I had a bad experience in this motel because they charge me 100 dollars deposit and I never get it back also I take care o room as always and this time I take care of this room also.
And also the way who was there made me to go like 4 times to the room because the key wasn’t working,
He sent me to a room who was busy and at very en finally he sent to another room.

Everything! The staff was the worst kind of people i ever encountered l.. especially the managers!! Extremely rude, cold, and the worst customer service I ever experienced in my 50yrs of my life!!! The 2 old ladies who are the managers should me fired immediately and arrested. They are 2 nasty and rude and very unprofessional and should be let go. Kathy is one of thee names I believe. The worst kind of human being I ever met. Thank you

Staff, specifically the old lady, was extremely rude, kept blaming us for noise happening above us and kept standing outside our door and make noises for like 10+ minutes and make noise until my friend's dog would bark and then she would knock an instant later abd tell him to keep his dog calm down or she would kick us out.

Excellent Staff- everyone does a fantastic job & so friendly. I was able to get the room next to the Office on the ground floor & I enjoyed that as a Disabled Gal. Wonderful Housekeeping Team & Groundsmen. Met some lovely Guests while staying here, too. Love that it’s Pet Friendly with No Charges even though my Dachshund is a Certified Canine Support Animal & is Free wherever I stay. I like there are several Poop Stations with Free poop bags located on the Property. Excellent choices for both Fast Food & Sit Down Restaurants as well as several large Grocery Stores, a Rite Aid Pharmacy & Store across the Street, Urgent Care is 3 blocks away & the nearest Hospital/ER is in sight. Love the Halloween Decorations in the Lobby! Was soo cool to stand outside my Room & view these beautiful Sunsets!
